if you want to attempt this run yourself, I reccomend investing entierly into sneak and guns at the beginning, and just go straight to new vegas through quarry junction. It is possible, just extremely challenging. The only instance of mandantory damage in the game is the gas leak in the sierra madre kitchens in dead money, that can be ignored for this run. The only thing that could make it harder is if I made any rads intant death, but that is simply too tedious and unavoidable to be done. I have played many hours of this game (My counter is glitched, it says like 70, but I have well over 300 hrs on this account, and nearly 700 on my ps3) and I personally believe this to be the most challenging run in fallout: new vegas. I have made 5 attempts so far, and the farthest I have made it was about halfway through For the Republic part 2. But ive taken it a step futher, and am currently working on a no save, no hit run. I thought it would be impossible at first, but I completed it on my third try with 137 hit points remaining.
After watching many a true nerd's no healing run, i decided to try it myself.
